摘　　要：着重研究分析6142B陆上训练方法、技术要领和水上训练方法、技术要领。通过先陆后水、水陆结合的训练方法和技术要领的掌握,能顺利学会难新动作6142B,从而可发展难度更高的6144B,甚至6146B动作。In this paper, the author analyzes the key of 6142B action, it＇ s training method both in water and on land, and he thinks that the coach should first train his diving player on land, later in water, and the coach should combine the could grasp this a＇ction water training with land training, in this way, the player
