摘  要:采用杂种优势和Hayman分析方法,研究了超甜玉米商品性状的杂种优势及其遗传特性。结果表明,超甜玉米秃顶长和行粒数易受双亲影响,加性效应起主导作用。含糖量和果皮厚度遗传符合“加性-显性”模型,控制该性状的基因对数都在3对以上,它们的狭义遗传力分别是53.0%和29.6%;其中控制含糖量的加性效应比显性效应更重要,而控制果皮厚度的显性效应比加性效应更为重要,同时有超显性现象的存在。Heterosis and inheritance of commodity characters were studied by heterosis analysis and Hayman. The results indicated that bald length and kernels per row in super sweet corn were easily affected by parents which the additive effect made main rule. Inheritance of sugar content and pericarp thickness conformed to the “additive-dominant” model and the characters were controlled by more than 3 pairs of genes, which the heritability in a narrow sense were respectively 53.0% and 29.6%, Sugar content was controlled by additive effect having more importance than dominant effect and pericarp thickness was controlled by dominant effect having more importance than additive effect, there existed super dominant effect.
