摘　　要：目的探讨胰腺组织微块移植对糖尿病的治疗效果及移植物在宿主体内的存活情况。方法把海藻酸钠微囊包被的正常KM小鼠胰腺组织微块移植入用链脲佐菌素诱导的糖尿病小鼠腹腔,连续监测血糖变化。结果海藻酸钠微囊包被的胰腺组织微块可有效降低糖尿病小鼠的血糖,且移植物在宿主体内可存活12天以上。结论海藻酸钠微囊包被的胰腺组织微块移植在糖尿病治疗中有应用潜能。Objective To discuss the curative effect of microencapuled pancreas transplanted to diabetes mellitus mouse and their survival in host. Methods Sodium alginate microencapsuled pancreas of normal KM mouse were transplanted into abdominal cavity of DM mouse. Then FPG were observed continuously. Results microencapsuled pancreas can decrease the FPG of DM mouse and can survive for over 12 days in host.
