双侧种植义耳临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的:应用颅面种植体解决义耳的支持与固位。方法:在每侧耳周植入3枚颅面种植体,采用杆卡式结构作为义耳的固位装置,完成种植义耳修复。结果:术后6年观察两侧共6枚种植体骨结合良好,种植义耳外形满意。结论:种植义耳是耳缺失的最佳修复方法之一。The application of extraoral implants for retention and supporting of bone - anchored auricular prostheses. Method： 3 extraoral implants were inserted in each side of auricular defect area. The structure of rigid bar and clip was used for retention of two auricular defect. Result： 6 implants in two sides have excellent osseointegration after 5 years observation. The patient has high levels of satisfaction with this form of rehabilitation. Conclusion： Bone - anchored auricular prostheses are the most favorable way for total auricular defects.
