减轻阿奇霉素静滴副作用的临床观察

摘　　要：目的在阿奇霉素静滴过程中分别伍用VitB6、思密达、654-2,分析其不良反应的发生率。方法120例随机分成4组,即单用阿奇霉素、添加VitB6、思密达、654-2,每组30例,进行临床分析。结果加入VitB6与否,对阿奇霉素不良反应无明显影响;而加思密达可减轻腹泻、腹痛、呕吐、恶心,但不改善静脉痛;而加654-2后各种不良反应的发生均明显减少。结论在小儿静滴阿奇霉素的过程中,除了强调浓度、速度外,在开始时加用654-2和口服思密达可缓解阿奇霉素的不良反应。Objective To observe the incidence of side effect of Azithromycin while adding Smecta（oral） ,VitB6, 654-2 respectively in the process of intravenous driping. Methods 120 cases were randomly divided into four groups equally——Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ. Group Ⅰ was treated with Azithromycin only, group Ⅱ , with Azithromycin and VitB6, group Ⅲ , with Azithromycin and Smecta ,group Ⅳ, with Azithromycin and 654-2 ,and the clinical data were analysed the result. Results VitB6 had no apparent influence on reducing side effect of Azithromycin while smecta could relieve diarrhea, abdominal pain, nausea. 654-2 could reduce every possible side effect of Azithromycin. Conclusion In the process of intravenous drip of Azithromycin , in addition to the requirement of drug＇s concentration and dripping speed, adding smecta and 654-2 before administration will relief side effect of Azithromycin effectively.
