摘　　要：多Agent系统中的成员既有合作性又有自利性,只有将二者有机结合才能保证任务高效地完成。结合拍卖机制和能力模型,提出了双层次Agent合作机制,分析了联邦之间拍卖过程中的招标选择策略和投标策略,讨论了联邦内部基于效益的任务分配策略,介绍了熟人目标搜索和替换的方法。The member in Multi-agent systems （MAS） has both collaboration and self-interest. None but integrating the two aspects, the task can do in high efficient. A two-tier collaboration mechanism for agents was proposed by auction mechanism and competence model, and the awarding and biding strategy during the auction process were analyzed. The competence based allocation strategy in agent federation was discussed, and the method of Acquaintance goal searching and replacing was introduced.
