摘　　要：针对目前WebGIS系统二次开发中存在的难点和WebGIS系统之间存在的互操作性问题,通过分析WebService与SOAP协议的结构,在WebGIS开发中应用先进的SOAP协议与组件技术,设计并实现了基于分布式多层架构的WebGIS系统,解决了目前WebGIS系统之间存在的互操作问题及二次开发时存在的问题。Aiming at the problems existed in the interoperation of multi-webGIS system and the secondary development of webGIS system, the frameworks ofwebService and SOAP protocol was analysed. And the distributed-multilayer webGIS system was designed and implemented based on SOAP protocol and component technology. Problems presented in realizing interoperated and secondary development of webGIS system were solved.
