摘　　要：经费测算是提高高校教育资源利用效率的有效途径。高校经费测算系统以寻求规范化、合理化的经费支出为设计目标,将整个经费测算模型分割成学生经费、专业培养费、公共课经费3大部分,设计了测算模型的计算公式,并采用当量计算法消除测算因子之间的差异性。提出了系统总体功能结构,简要介绍了系统主要实现技术。Funds calculation helps colleges to use their education resources efficiently. The college funds calculation system is designed for well standard and reasonable college funds expenditure. The funds calculation model partitions college funds into three parts： student funds, specialty developing funds, common teaching funds. Some formulas are outlined, and calculation equivalent method is used to eliminate differences of calculating factors. The general architecture and functions of the system are given, and several application technologies are outlined. This college funds calculation model is well applied in practice.
