摘　　要：O ITA B570船用气缸油的研制成功,是澳力丹公司总结十多年生产润滑油经验和吸收世界先进技术的产物。通过配方筛选试验表明,以500SN为基础油,采用高碱值硫化烷基酚钙为主剂配以澳力丹从澳大利亚引进的O ITA减磨剂等,完全可以用石蜡基基础油调制出性能优良的高碱值船用气缸油。上述配方2003年通过了上海船舶科学运输研究所台架试验并在远洋船舶中开始试用。OITA B570 research success of shipping cylinder oil was the result of OITA company, summarizing more than 10 - year producing lube experience and absorbing world modern technology. It was suggested that adopted high - alkalinity number sulpfric - alkyl - phenol - Ca as the main - dose OITA reducing - grinding - acids from Australia based on 500SN oil can make good quality high alkalinity number shipping cylinder oil from paraffin base oil through prescription sifting test, Above prescription has been tested by the sets of Shanghai Shipping Science Transport Institute and began to be tried out in the eangoing.
