摘 要:以达赛莱克特、土特拉、卡图诺3个草莓品种为材料,在轻度水分胁迫下3个品种的MDA增幅不大、O2-产生速率较慢、RMP也无明显变化、膜保护系统的酶活性均有一定程度加强。在中度和严重胁迫下,除达赛莱克特CAT外,SOD,POD,CAT等酶活性迅速下降,导致活性氧产生和清除的平衡失调,O2-的积累迅速增加,膜脂过氧化作用加强,MDA含量升高,从而降低膜的稳定性,最终导致膜伤害,RMP增加。这是水分胁迫下造成草莓伤害的主要原因。卡图诺的受害程度最重,土特拉次之,达赛莱克特最轻。Three cultivars of strawberry, Darselect, Tudler and Cartuno, were subjected to different water stress treatments. A slight water stress resulted in a moderate increase in MDA ( malonaldehydric acid), O2^-( superoxide ionic free radical) generation and RMP ( relative membrane permeability ) in the foliar cells. The enzymatic activities of the membrane protection system were strengthened to some degree. In moderate and severe water stress, the activities of SOD, POD and CAT, with the exception of CAT in Darselect, dropped rapidly in all the cultivars studied, thus leading to the imbalance between the generation and elimination of active oxygen, the rapid accumulation of O2^-, and the enhancement of membranous lipid peroxidation and MDA content. These effects, in turn, reduced membrane stability and ultimately led to the damage to the membrane and increased RMP. This mechanism is thought to be the principal cause for strawberry injury under water stress. Water stress caused most severe damage to Cartuno, followed in sequence by Tudler and Darselect.
