摘　　要：中国希望世界和平与稳定,为各国发展提供良好的国际条件。中俄印三边合作既能优化中国的周边环境,也可推动国际新秩序的建立。中俄印三边合作的意义十分重大,三边合作的条件趋于成熟,三边合作的酝酿早已开始,三边合作的领域相当广阔。特别是,三边合作的性质已逐步明确,它并非是联合抗美的“三角联盟”。Stability and peace are two prerequisites to the development of all countries in this world. China cherishes stability and peace all the time. The trilateral cooperation among China, Russia and India not only improves the environment around China but also fosters the establishment of the new world order. As a result, the cooperation has been initiated and its scope is being further explored. But it is not an anti-America trilateral alliance.
