高炉焦炭冶金性能的试验研究与应用分析

摘　　要：通过实验室和现场热态实验、有效性以及模拟应用试验对比,表明改质冶金焦热态和冷态指标均有明显变化,CRI、CSR、M40和M10指标分别改善为:4.50～5.50、5.00～6.00、1.26～1.75和0.16～0.39个百分点;投资分析表明该工艺具有明显的技术效果和显著的投资价值.Have carried on the on - the - spot hot test, compares with testing, laboratory and tests and uses research of testing etc. with simulation in China for the first time, Deal with the passivafion to the smelter coke. The result of study indicates , the hot and cool intensity of coke has all been improved, that CRI, CSR, M40 and M10 index improve respectively. It is 4.50 - 5. 50, 5.00 - 6.00, 1.26 - 1.75with 0.16 - 0.39 Investment analysis indicates , this kind of craft has remarkable technology and economic worth .
