摘　　要：节能是钢铁企业的首要任务之一,资源合理利用、梯次使用,并最终实现资源循环利用的循环经济模式。在参阅国内实现负能炼钢厂家的实践经验的基础上,总结出实现负能炼钢应具备的工艺技术和设备保障,并对转炉回收余能的利用进行了探讨。nergy saving is one of the primary task is iron and steel enterprise reasonable and step using the source and accomplish the recycling economic mode of recycle using the resource this paper includes the necessary technical and equipment guarantee for accomplishing the negative energy steel smelting and disscusses the using of left energy negative energy steel smelting factory in domestic.
