摘　　要：介绍了邯钢1号高炉通过对炉腰、炉身部位进行喷补造衬,使高炉形成合理的操作炉型,并通过调整风口布局,加强冷却等措施保护炉衬,为日后长期顺行创造条件的生产实践。This paper introduces the practice of Hart Steel No. 1 Blast Furnace has reasonable type of operation Furnace by lining the belly and body of the furnace. According to adjust tuyere placement and intensify coohng and other measures to protect the lining, it could create conditions for future long time operation successfully.
