摘  要:目的:检测雷达站官兵血清生化指标,探讨微波对人体血液生化指标的影响。方法:用全自动生化仪检测425例微波工作人员和对照组132例的血清ALT、AST、ALP、GLU和BUN浓度。结果:ALT、GLU实验组与对照组无明显差异(P>0.05),AST、ALP、BUN实验组高于对照组,有明显差异(P<0.05),且随辐射强度增加而升高(P<0.05)。结论:微波辐射对人体有一定伤害,并且随微波辐射强度增强而伤害加深。Objective: To investigate the effection of microwave radiation on serum biochemical index by testing the people who work at radar station. Methods: The serum ALT, AST, ALP, GLU and BUN were determined in 425 radar station's workers and 32 in the control group. Results: Serum ALT, GLU in the workers were insignificantly different from that in the control group (p〉0.05), serum AST, ALP and BUN were significantly difference from that in control group and these difference increased with the radiation intensity (p〈0.05). Conclusion: Microwave radiation could injury human body and the harm would increase with radiation intensity.
