摘　　要：技术创新对于实现内含式经济增长具有关键的作用,而金融体系已经成为影响技术创新发展的重要制度安排之一。通过研究金融制度安排对于技术创新发展的作用机理与促进机制,揭示了技术创新与金融体系的内在联系。对我国技术创新金融支持的问题进行分析评价并提出了促进我国技术创新的一系列对策措施。The key role of technological innovation to the economic growth is well demonstrated. Financial institution system is one of the most important factors affecting technological innovation. The thesis probes into the influence, the effect and especially the mechanism of improvement of the financial institution system to technological innovation. Suggestions of institution design were put forward based on evaluation and analysis of the support of China＇s financial institution to its technological innovation.
