摘  要:应用室内模拟试验装置,研究了转速、钻压对底部钻柱运动状态的影响,得出:当钻压一定时,底部钻柱随转速变化存在3种运动状态,即低转速时的规则正向公转、中转速时的无规则摆动和高转速时的规则反向涡动; 当转速较低时,钻压对底部钻柱运动状态影响较大,转速较高时,影响较小;当转速较低时,底部钻柱处于同步正向公转状态,当转速较高时,底部钻柱处于反向公转状态。通过理论分析,提出了“井斜趋势角”的概念,推导出了“井斜趋势角”的计算公式,并给出了应用“井斜趋势角”评价底部钻具组合防斜打直能力的方法。应用所提出的评价方法,对钟摆钻具和偏轴钻具组合的钻进趋势进行了评价。Effects of rotary speed and WOB in bottom drillstring motion state were studied by means of indoor stimulation experimental devices. The experiments show that bottom drillstring presents three distinct motion states under specified WOB, namely positive revolution at low speed, abnormally swing at moderate speed, and regular reverse spinning at high speed. WOB affects motions of bottom drillsting greatly, however, effects are minor when drilling at a higher rotary speed. Bottom drillstring performs positive-synchronization revolutions at a low rotary speed, but reverse revolutions at a higher one. On the basis of theoretical analysis, this paper presents a concept of “drilling tendency angle”, induces corresponding calculation formula, and introduces a method evaluating the vertical-drilling capability of various BHAs via the new concept. Drilling tendencies of a pendulum BHA and a offset-axis BHA are evaluated employing this novel method.
