摘  要:由于盐膏层易发生蠕变,钻井过程中易发生井眼闭合、卡钻等井下事故和复杂情况。为此,通过盐膏岩蠕变试验研究,分析了深井盐膏层三维蠕变压力,建立了蠕动方程及钻井液密度图谱,结合对盐膏层溶解规律的研究,从力学和化学两方面提出了确定钻井液密度的方法,并优选出了适合塔河油田盐膏层钻井的聚磺硅酸盐欠饱和盐水钻井液体系。研究成果在30多口井盐膏层钻井中得到了成功应用。Salt and gypsum Beds have a tendency of creeping which can cause tight hole and pipe stiching, etc. . Regarding such scenario, tests have been done for analyzing 3D creeping pressure in deep salt and gypsum beds, and creeping formula and mud density profile have been established. Combined with analyses on solution behavior of salt and gypsum formations, a method based on both mechanics and chemistry has been put forward for mud density determination, and polymer sulphurated silicate under-saturated mud system suitable for such formation has been selected. The results have been successfully applied in over 20 wells.
