摘　　要：采用有限单元法,利用大型CAE数值分析软件ANSYS,对冷轧平整机组开卷机主轴进行了分析,建立了既简化又符合实际的有限元模型,进行弹、塑性计算,分析出了在不同载荷和不同工况下,该主轴的应力分布图和变形图,为厂方设计改造及扩大再生产提供了详实、可靠的依据。The paper presents the analysis of spindle of the cold rolling leveling train uncoiling machine using finite element method, with the help of large - scale CAE numerical analysis software ANSYS. We set up a simple and practical model of finite element to analyze elasticity and plasticity and the graphic of stress and displacement of the spindle under different load cases. It provides detailed and dependent data for the designing and reconstruction to the plant.
