摘 要:纵观曲齿锥齿轮的发展历史可以看出:其两种主要类型—弧齿和摆线齿,是由加工机床决定的。随着机械科学与其他学科的交叉,切削刀具与被加工齿轮之间的相对位置可以通过控制系统实现相当灵活的连续变动,曲齿锥齿轮的齿线和齿形应该将具有更大的选择范围。此外,应用计算机辅助技术可以充分挖掘传统加工机床潜在的强大的机械性能,使现有的廉价生产设备转变为高效、高可靠性、操作简便灵活的先进设备。From the development of bevel gear with curve tooth, it showes that the two main types, i. e. gears with arc tooth and with cycloidal tooth are determined by the machine tools. The paper points out the relative position of cutting tool to the gear being cut could be changed continually and flexibly by a control system, as the counter brace of disciplines between mechanical and others. The gear form and tooth form in bevel gear with curve tooth should have wider space for the selection. And, with the help of CAD, traditional machine tools could spread out their potentiality in the mechanical properties. The existing cheaper manufacturing equipment could be turned into advanced apparatus higher in eff-tciency and reliability, and easier to operate.
