摘 要:对国内外目前电力工程中应用的电力系统失步解列装置的原理进行了概述和分析,通过对目前失步解列装置研制方法的分析与研究,指出目前大部分应用的失步解列装置的实现原理,实质上反映了失步断面联络线上有功功率周期性过零的特征,这易于将同调机群间发生同步振荡的联络线误切,故建议目前的失步解列装置应具备正确捕捉失步断面(中心)的能力。基于光纤通信系统将失步解列装置组合成失步解列控制系统,应是当前解决大区失步解列问题的主要发展方向之一,但应当首先寻找到可用于协调解列装置的失步断面电气量共性。预测性快速失步解列是当前学术上研究的热点,其需要解决的关键问题是能否准确预测并有效可靠地实现于实际工程之中。最后,对大区多频失步振荡的解列问题进行了探讨。In this paper the criteria of out of-step separation equipment in the current domestic and oversea engineering fields are summarized. Based on the analysis of the current designing methods of the out-of-step separations, it is found that the majority of current separation criteria are essentially active power zero-crossing based method. The active power flow in the tie-line between interconnected coherent generators is also likely to be zero-crossing. Hence, it is suggested that all of separation equipment should have the ability of locating the interface (center) of out-of-step correctly. Upgrading the current out-of-step separation equipment into an integrated separation control system using fiber optic communication is one of the major technological trends when seeking a solution for out-of-step control. However, the common features of the interface of out-of-step for coordinating the separation equipments based on optical fiber communication system should be found firstly. The key issue of the predictive fast separation scheme is whether it can predict system stability correctly and be applied in the practical field effectively and reliably. Finally in the paper, the out-of-step separation of multi frequency oscillation in a large-scale power system is discussed.
