摘　　要：对卧式螺旋离心机的工作原理、结构特点进行了详细介绍,并将其它过滤设备和卧式螺旋离心机进行了对比,提出碳酸钡行业采用卧式螺旋离心机可以把碳酸钡的生产成本降到最低限度,而产品质量可以得到很大提高,并通过部分改造使其更加经济耐用。也可用于碳酸锶等粘性物料的分离,效果非常理想,应用前景广阔。The Working principle and structure features of horizontal screw centrifuge are introduced in detail. Meantime ,this centrifuge is compared with other filtration equipments. It is pointed out that the horizontal screw centrifuge used in the production of barium carbonate,the manufacture cost of BaCO3 will be reduced to the minimum and the quality of the product improved greatly. This centrifuge can also be used in the production of SrCO3 and other viscous materials,and the effect is good. So the application of this centrifuge has broad prospects.
