摘　　要：通过电力客户语音短信平台服务系统的建设及应用,介绍了以语音卡、短信接口为编程对象的语音短信平台的丁作原理、系统流程设计、业务模式设计以及该系统面向对象的编程方法和该系统所具有的功能和特点。系统的成功应用证明了语音短信平台服务系统的简单实用、方便快捷。The paper introduces the working principle of the voice short message platform oriented as the voice card and short message interlace, system process design, professional mode design and object-oriented program method for the system. From the function and character of the system it shows that the voice short message platform service system can make important role in tariff inquiring and tariff prompting.
