摘　　要：介绍了一种新型数字化超声波自动探伤系统。该方案以PC机和嵌入式DSP为核心构成主从机系统框架,把传统的超声波无损检测技术和先进的虚拟仪器、数字信号处理、嵌入式操作系统等技术相结合,满足了自动化探伤中高重复频率(>1kbps)和实时报警等关键性能的要求。A new digital automatic ultrasonic inspection system is presented. The system is based on PC computer and embedded DSP system which combining traditional ultrasonic inspection technology with some advanced technologies, such as virtual instrument, digital signal process, real time operation system. This system can meet the requirements of high repeat frequency （〉1kbps） and instant alarming.
