摘　　要：介绍索风营水电站通过精心的施工组织设计,实现了施工占地较少的目标,施工区征地仅186.67 hm2,并且实施阶段的工程分标、前期工程和辅助工程设计、施工导流及主体工程施工方案等施工组织设计为主体工程顺利建设创造了良好的条件。The construction organization plan elaborately made for Suofengying Hydropower Station is introduced herein, with which the purpose of less occupancy of land is realized with the occupation of 186. 67 hm^2 only. Furthermore, the plan including the project subcontracting, the designs of both the fore-phase project and the ancillary works, and the construction plans for the construction diversion and the key structure makes a good condition for the construction of the main project.
