摘 要:采用熔融共混法制备结晶/结晶共混体系PPS/PEEK,并用差示扫描量热法研究了不同PEEK含量和不同PEEK粒径对PPS/PEEK共混物中PPS组分结晶行为的影响。随PEEK含量的增加,PPS的结晶温度提高,结晶峰宽增加。这是由于在降温过程中PEEK先结晶,可充当PPS熔体结晶的异相晶核,使PPS结晶温度提高,且随着PEEK含量增加,异相晶核密度增大,但PEEK晶区的存在阻碍了PPS的结晶生长过程。PEEK粒径减小时,两相结晶行为相互影响增大,PPS的结晶温度提高幅度更大,且PEEK在PPS熔体中结晶,也提高了结晶温度,使结晶峰由单峰变为双峰。热重分析结果证明,随PEEK的粒径减小,两相的相容性提高。PPS/PEEK melt blend prepared by melt-blending is introduced,and the influence of a dif- ferent content of PEEK and a different size of PEEK particales on the crystallization behavior of PPS in the PPS/PEEK blend is investigated by DSC. With the content of PEEK increasing ,TC of PPS increases and width of crystallization peak becomes wider. This is the fact that in the course of temperature decreasing, PEEK crystallized first, its crystalline being as nucleus of PPS crystallizing, crystallization temperature of PPS is caused to increase,the density of nucleuses increase with the increasing of PEEK content,but PEEK crystallization section can impede the growth of PPS crystallization. While the size of PEEK particales decreases, crystallization behavior of both phases is influenced each other more,PPS Tc increase more,PEEK crystallizes in PPS melt,its temperature of crystallization also increases,crystallization peak changed from single peak to double peaks. TGA results show that the compability of both phases increase with the decreasing of PEEK particales.
