摘  要:介绍了珠钢采用电炉—CSP工艺开发和生产集装箱薄板钢的实践,包括其成分设计、工艺操作及诸如电炉终点控制(TPC)、窄的成分控制(NCC)、氮的控制、铝的控制和连铸工艺控制等关键技术。2003年珠钢生产集装箱薄板钢55万t,其产品质量满足用户要求,国内市场占有率达16.7%。The present paper introduces the practice in research and development and production of steel sheet for container purpose through electric arc furnace (EAF)-CSP process route in Zhujiang Iron & Steel Corporation including composition design and process operation and a number of key technologies such as EAF tapping point control (TPC), narrow composition control (NCC), nitrogen control, aluminum control and continuous casting process control. In 2005 Zhujiang Iron & Steel produced 550,000 t steel sheet for container use, ranking the first in the market share of the steel products in China and at the same time the product quality conforms to the customers' requirements.
