摘　　要：对衡钢40t LFV投入试生产以来的运行情况进行了分析。结果表明,衡钢的LFV在保证钢水化学成分、温度、钙处理及满足连铸多炉连浇方面达到了预期目的,对降低钢水中的气体含量亦有一定作用。The production practice of a 40 t LFV since commissioning at HG is analyzed.Results show that the set goals for the secondary refining in the LFV such as chemical compositions, temperature, Ca treatment of the molten steel as well as multi heat continuously casting have all been fulfilled and the gas content in the molten steel cut down tO some extent.
