摘 要:利用1/4水模型对薄板坯连铸结晶器内的涡流及卷渣行为进行观察研究。在实验中考察了水口形状、水口浸入深度和浇铸速度等对漩涡及卷渣行为的影响,并考察了偏流以及在水口与结晶器宽面之间加翼片,阻止结晶器表面流股相互流动的漩涡(卷渣)现象。The vortex flow and mold flux entrapment in the thin slab continuous casting mold was investigated using a 1/4 scale water model. In the experiments the effects of several variables such as SEN (submerged entry nozzle) shape, SEN immersion depth and casting rate on vortex formation and mold flux entrapment in the thin slab continuous casting mold were clarified and the effect of the bias flow on the formation of vortex (flux entrapment) were also studied by positioning two wing panels between the mold and gate to block interaction between the two surface flows in the mold.
