摘  要:通过对小方坯连铸凝固过程的理论分析,详细论述了结晶器、二冷区对小方坯连铸凝固过程的影响,提出了高效化改造时结晶器、二冷区的设计基本原则。在四川川威集团方坯连铸机高效化改造中对结晶器、二冷区进行优化设计,并得到了成功应用。结合理论分析和实际应用事例,提出了小方坯连铸机高效化改造的基本思路。In terms of the theoretical analysis on the heat transfer of billet continuous casting the influence of the mold and secondary cooling zone on the solidification of the billet continuous casting is described in detail and the basic principles of technical revamp of the mold and the secondary cooling zone for high efficiency purpose is put forward. Based on the above-mentioned basic principles, the optimal design of the mold and and secondary cooling zone for high efficiency purpose is put forward. Based on the above-mentioned basic principles, the optimal design of the mold and secondary cooling zone is made in revamping the billet CCM in Chuanwei Iron & Steel Group. In combination of the theoretical analysis with the practical application ease the basic concept for the revampl on the billet CCM for high efficiency purpose is advanced,
