外资对东北老工业基地产业结构演进的影响

摘　　要：在东北老工业基地产业结构演进中,外资不仅提高了制造业的产业集中度、促进了产业结构的升级还推进了工业化进程。同时外资对东北产业结构也不可避免地造成了一些消极影响,如加大了三次产业的不协调、扩大了三次产业发展水平的差距。因此,在利用外资过程中,依据东北产业结构调整的方向以及产业结构演进的规律,采取提高外资的关联度、引导外资投向优势主导产业、基础产业、限制投向一般加工业的战略来优化产业结构是振兴东北老工业基地的关键。In the industrialization in the ohl Northeast base, foreign- investment can not only improve the industrial eoneentration of machinery, enhance developing level of the tertiary, industry, but ＇also upgrade the industrial structure. At the same time, foreign - investment inevitablly has some negative influenees, such as widen the deviation of industrial structure, deewn the gap among the three industries - so, during availing foreign - investment, we should promote its corellation aecording to its shifting direction and general rule, and channel it to the advantagous leading industries basic industry, and limit the ordinary processing industries, those strategies will optimile the industrial structure it＇s also the keys to developing the Northeast ohl industrial base.
