摘  要:以陶粒和活性炭为填料的生物滴滤池系统,对人工合成的甲苯废气进行了净化处理试验,4个多月的运行结果表明:(1)添加活性炭能提高填料柱的处理性能,陶粒和活性炭组成的复合填料能有效地处理含有甲苯的废气,当进气浓度为2·35g/m3时,去除率可达95%以上,填料柱对甲苯的去除能力为130g/m3·h;(2)在低浓度下,生物滴滤池的处理性能受传质过程控制;(3)填料柱出气通过循环液曝气处理后,废气中甲苯浓度进一步降低。A biotrickling filter packed with ceramisite and activated carbon was employed to treat the waste air containing toluene. The experimental results showed that the addition of activated carbon into the packing column could enhance the removal efficiency of biotrickling filter for waste air containing toluene, removal rates higher than 95% were achieved at toluene inlet concentration of 2.35g/m^3 and the packing column removal capacity of 130g/m^3·h. At lower concentration, the process of biotrickling filter was controlled by mass transfer. By treated the outlet air from the packing column in the recycled liquid, toluene concentration were lower.
