摘 要:印度电视业1959年起步,几十年来一直是印度国家电视台独家垄断。上世纪80年代中期国家电视台DD实行改革,电视作为单一宣传教育工具的传统观念逐渐改变。到90年代后期,已然形成国家电视台、本土商业电视台和外国卫星电视共同参与市场竞争的三足鼎立格局。本文按大致的时间顺序,概述印度电视转型前后的几个发展阶段,并分析印度电视业格局变化的原因和产生的影响。Indian Television industry began in 1959. From then on, Indian state television DD had monopolized the whole industry for several decades. DD innovated itself in the mid of 1980s, while the traditional idea that television was the instrument for propagandizing and educating changed. There has been a tripartite confrontation including state television station, local business TV stations and foreign satellite TV stations since the 90s of 20th century. This article generalizes the development phases around the Indian television transition and analyzes the causes and effects.
