摘 要:利用AFLP分子标记技术对西瓜、冬瓜、黄瓜和甜瓜4个不同专化型的10个菌株进行了分析,结果表明10对引物对供试菌株扩增出550条带,其中多态性带175条,占总带数的31.8%。对供试菌株的AFLP指纹图谱聚类分析,可将其划分为FOGI、FOGII、FOGIII和FOGIV 4个类群(FOGs),分别为西瓜专化型菌株、冬瓜专化型菌株、黄瓜专化型菌株和甜瓜专化型菌株,聚类结果与菌株的专化型间存在明显的对应关系。Ten isolates of 4 gourd formae specialies which were Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. niveum, Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. benincasae, Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cucumerinum and Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. melonis, were analyzed. The results showd that a total of the 550 AFLP bands were amplified using 10 pairs of primers, and 175 of the 550 bands were polymorphic, 31.8 % of them were polymorphisms. When all of polymorphic bands were analyzed by cluster analysis the 10 isolates were classified into 4 groups. There exist isolates of 4 different gourd forma specialies in FOGⅠ, FOGⅡ, FOGⅢ and FOGⅣ, respectively. There was evidently correspondent relationship between the cluster groups and formae specialies.
