摘 要:通过甲醛处理精饲料中的小麦组分,观察湖羊的采食量、瘤胃和十二指肠的消化代谢、血浆激素水平以及十二指肠食糜中阿片样物质总活性的变化。结果表明:该处理方法可使湖羊的粗饲料采食量增加7.99%(P<0.05),通过十二指肠的非氨氮(NAN)增加20.16%(P<0.01)、过瘤胃蛋白氮(BPN)增加38.70%(P<0.01),复胃酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)消化率提高8.79%(P<0.01),十二指肠食糜中的阿片样物质总活性提高了72.30%(P<0.01),血浆胰岛素水平上升104.91%(P<0.01)。可见甲醛处理精饲料中的小麦组分可改善湖羊的消化代谢和内分泌调节。The research was performed on three Hu ewes with rumen fistula and duodenal fistula. After wheat as diet was treated with formaldehyde, total opioid-like bioactivity of duodenal digesta, NAN and VFA of ruminal digesta, total nitrogen and ADF flowed into duodenum, and plasma insulin levels was analyzed. Results showed that comparing with that of control period, intake of coarse fodder increased by 7.99 % ( P 〈 0.05 ), NAN flowed into duodenum increased by 20.16 % (P〈0.01), digestion of ADF increased by 8.79% (P〈0.01), BPN increased by 38.70% (P〈 0.01 ), total opioid-like bioactivity of duodenal digesta increased by 72.30 % (P 〈 0.01 ), plasma insulin levels increased by 104.91% (P 〈 0.05). It was concluded that formaldehyde treatment of wheat in diet can improve digestion metabolism and endocrine of the sheep.
