摘　　要：正如柏拉图通过充满辩证意味的煌煌巨著《理想国》来构建其人治理想国一样,卢梭则以同样的方式在《社会契约论》中挥毫泼墨于其法治理想国蓝图的描绘。卢梭法治理想国是通过由自然状态到社会状态、由社会状态到政治状态、由政治状态到法治状态等四种状态的一系列过渡并在不同的阶段确立自由原则、平等原则、人民主权原则和法律至上原则建立起来的。As Plato wrote the huge work “Utopia” to set up his person-ruling utopia, Rousseau wrote the work “Social contract” to set up his utopia of law-ruling. Rousseau＇s utopia is a series of transition to pass, the state of nature, the state of society, the state of politics, the state of law-ruling, and establish the free principle, the equal principle, the people sovereignty principle and the principle of law-ruling in different stages.
