摘　　要：共同信仰的缺失,会导致社会凝聚力的下降和社会生活的混乱,会严重阻碍社会的和谐与发展。共同信仰缺失的原因主要有:社会转型的负面作用、对共产主义理解的偏颇、僵化的思维和工作模式等。思想政治工作的当务之急是促成共同信仰的复立,促成途径主要有:强化共产主义理论的创新、将共产主义理想与人们的现实生活密切结合起来、完善我们的思想政治工作等。The absence of mutual belief will lead to the lack of cohesive force in the society and disorder of social life so as to hinder the harmonious development of society. Its causes are as follows： the negative function of social transformation, the deviation of the understanding of communism, the rigid ways of thinking and work. The urgent task of political work is to promote the reestablishment of mutual belief by the following ways： strengthening the cultivation of communist theories, closely integrating communist ideals with reality life and perfecting the ideological and political work.
