摘　　要：目前,我国的权力监督制约机制存在着诸如政府职能尚未根本转变、权力配置不尽合理、权力运行程序不够规范透明等问题。为创新权力监督制约机制,必须改革权力配置,强化监督的制约性;完善监督制度,强化监督的法制性;突出监督重点,强化监督的实效性;加强监督机制的总体协调,提高监督的权威性。At present, there exist such problems in the power restraint and supervision mechanism as the deficiencies in the transformation of government functions, allocation of power, standardization of power operation procedure, etc. In order to innovate the mechanism, the following measures should be taken： reforming the power allocation, strengthening the restraint of the mechanism, perfecting the supervision institutions and their legality, emphasizing the effectiveness and overall harmony and enhancing its authority.
