摘　　要：介绍工程机械关键传动部件——液力机械传动变速器总成检测试验台测控系统软件的研制。阐述了检测试验台测控系统软件的设计思想和软件结构框图,重点介绍在Windows98操作系统上用VB6.0平台对采集卡/控制卡软件的编程,开发一套完整适用的检测试验台测控系统软件。实现了检测试验台的自动化操作,测试精度高,数据处理功能强,还具备了计算机控制换挡和变速泵启动试验的功能,扩大了试验台的试验范围。Software development of measure and control system on test bench for the key drive part of construction machinery: hydro-mechanical transmission assembly, is depicted in the article. The design philosophy and software block diagram are presented. Software programming for collecting card and control card with VB6.0 on Window 98 is mainly described. A complete and feasible control system software is developed and automatic operation of the bench is achieved. It features high measuring accuracy and powerful data processing functions, together with computer controlled gear shifting and variable speed pump starting tests, which extends the application range of the test bench.
