摘　　要：介绍了缩聚釜搅拌器工作的工艺条件及轴向密封技术在缩聚釜搅拌器方面的应用。简述了轴向骨架油封密封技术,有螺旋、端面和唇式骨架油封3种密封方式,该密封技术必须保证密封系统的冷却和润滑,指出轴向骨架油封密封技术成熟,在目前连续差别化聚酯生产线中得到了广泛的应用。The working conditions of an agitator of polycondensation reactor and the application of axial seal in an agitator were introduced. The axial skeleton oil seal system was described, including spiral seal, face seal and lip-type seal. The cooling and lubrication situation should be guaranteed while using this seal system. The axial skeleton oil seal technique is matured enough to be widely used in continuously differential polyester production line currently.
