摘　　要：简要介绍了在多管膜式SO3气体磺化装置中磺化率控制上使用的烷基苯流量与磺酸密度串级控制方法的原理、特点及该方法的实践效果;分析了自动控制与手动控制的优劣;实践证明该控制方法结构简单,操作方便,效果明显。The principle, features and the performance in practice of the sulphonafion degree control scheme consisting of density of sulphonation product cascades to flow control of the LAB feedstock were presented. The advantages and disadvantages of automatic control against manual control were compared. The practice in the production plant showed that this control scheme is simple and convenient in operation with good performance.
