摘　　要：研究了6RA70系列全数字直流调速系统的特点及功能,分析了技术改造过程中关键问题的解决方案,根据经验给出调试过程中应注意的问题。改造后的系统有以下优点:系统运行稳定可靠、控制精度高、工艺效果良好以及经济效益显著。The system structure is introduced with theelectrical control circuit rebuilded, as well as the feature and function of total digital adjustable-speed device based on Siemens 6RA70 series. The settling way of key problems is analyzed. According to existing experiences, something about debugging is mentioned to be paid attention. The rebuilded system has the following merits： good stability and reliability, high precision, outstanding technics and economic benefit.
