摘 要:在火力发电厂中,存在着大量的高速旋转辅助设备如给水泵、风机、马达等。为了解决由于这些辅机位置比较分散从而带来的:敷设屏蔽电缆工作量大、成本高;精度、可靠性、安全性又不能满足用户要求的问题,采用先进的蓝牙技术的无线振动传感器用无线通讯的方式实现振动的数据采集、在线检测、数据分析,实现了分散在电厂各处的辅助旋转机械的在线振动测量,降低设备的成本,以确保设备的长期安全运行。具有广泛的应用前景。There are many auxiliaries with high rotating speed in a power plant such as pumps, fans, motors, etc. To warrant their safe and reliable operation, their state of vibration has to be monitored. But because of their scattered location, the traditional way of on-line monitoring with shielded cable connections is costly and work expensive; the precision, reliability and safety of itinerant measurements are unable to meet the requirements of customers. A wireless vibration transducer with advanced blue tooth technology has therefore been adopted to realize vibration data acquisition, on-line-detection and data analyzing. This meets the requirements of auxiliaries with less expenditure and warrants safe operation in the long run. This system thus has wide prospects of application. Figs 5 and refs 5.
