摘 要:目的分析哮喘患儿不同时期痰液细胞的变化,探讨其在哮喘发病中的作用。方法收集25例急性发作期哮喘患儿、19例缓解期哮喘患儿及10例正常儿童的痰液,比较各组之间痰液细胞成分的差异。结果哮喘患儿痰液中性粒细胞明显增多,尤其在急性发作期,随病情缓解中性粒细胞减少,淋巴细胞增多;哮喘患儿上皮细胞较正常儿童增多;正常儿童诱导痰液细胞分类以巨噬细胞为主。结论中性粒细胞可能在儿童哮喘的发病中扮演重要角色,淋巴细胞可能在维持哮喘慢性气道炎症中发挥作用。Objective To investigate the changes of sputum cell profile tndttterent phases ot asthma in children and analyze its role in the development of this disease. Method Sputum was obtained from 25 children with asthma in the acute stage, 19 in the remission stage and 10 normal controls. Cell profile in sputum was determined and the results of cell counting were compared in these 3 groups. Results Neutrophil in sputum increased significantly in children with asthma,especially in the acute stage in comparison with that in normal controls. Decrease of neutrophils and increase of lymphocytes were observed in the remission stage. Epithelial cell in sputum increased significantly in children with asthma than that in normal controls. Macrophages were the main cells in healthy children. Conclusions Neutrophils may play an important role in the development of asthma in children and lymphocytes may be helpful to maintain chronic inflammation of respiratory tract.
