摘　　要：文章对毛纺工艺进行探讨,力求在产品设计上使毛纺面料突破传统风格,达到新颖、舒适、服用性能好,降低成本,提高产品竞争力的目的。毛纺面料向轻薄方向发展,精纺面料向毛型感、滑爽毛型感方向发展;采用半精梳纱生产高档粗纺产品;对产品进行防缩整理;从舒适、可体角度开发新型纱———毛纺包芯纱,织成具有弹性、毛感的高档面料。In order to make new, comfortable and wearing suitable wool products, reduce cost, advance competing ability, this paper has studied the spinning technique and design method. Wool cloth is becoming lighter and thinner. Worsted cloth is in pursuit of wool touching and feeling smooth, wool slub cloth spun with semi-worsted yarn was finished to control shrinkage. The slap-up wool cloth was made with core coved woolen yarn.
