摘　　要：纺织胶辊的工作质量对纺纱纱线的影响极大,制约着纱线的品质。纺织胶辊的磨削是影响其工作质量的主要因素之一。磨削的工艺和磨具的性质对胶辊磨削质量、修复周期等工作参数有很大的影响,直接关系到纺织企业的生产保养成本和效率。文章通过实验科学地选择确定了磨削工艺和磨具的性质。在保证纺织胶辊的工作质量、修复周期的同时,有效地提高了磨削效率。对纺织企业降低生产和维修成本以及提高经济效益,具有较好的指导意义。The quality of spinning roller has great influence on yarns quality. Grinding process of spinning roller is one of the important factors affecting the quality of spinning roller. Grinding technic and the quality of grinding tool will affect roller quality, servicing periods. It will affect the produce roller and repairing efficiency of spinning corporation. The paper analyses the results of roller grinding test and brings out the way to improve roller grinding quality. Reduce roller repairing periods and increase roller grinding efficieney through reasonably choosing grinding process.
