摘 要:针对丁集煤矿特殊的地层条件,为防止井壁在冻结壁融沉和地层疏水沉降时发生破裂,在井壁设计时采用竖向可缩性井壁结构,并提出了一种新型冻结井可缩性井壁接头形式。通过试验和数值计算表明:在竖向附加力作用下,该接头具有良好的竖向压缩变形特性、很强的抗侧压能力和可靠的防水、防漏性能,并且实验结果与数值计算结果基本一致。该研究成果已应用于丁集煤矿的三个立井井筒。Base on the special strata conditions in Dingji Mine, a vertical shrinkable mine shaft lining structure and a new shrinkable mine shaft lining connecting form were adopted in the mine shaft lining design in order to prevent the failure and cracking occurred in the freezing wall thawing and subsidence and the under ground drainage and subsidence. After the test, the data calculation showed that under the vertical additional force, the mine shaft lining connector has good vertical compressed deformation features, high anti side stress capacity and reliable water proof and leakage features. The test results are basically the same to the data calculated results. The research results have been applied to three mine shafts in Dingji Mine.
