摘  要:选用2种中国煤样和2种澳大利亚煤样,研究其煤种、气体流速、温度等因素对煤热解产生氮氧化物的前驱物(氰化氢和氨)生成规律的影响。结果表明,煤的挥发分含量、热解温度是影响氰化氢和氨生成的重要因素,即使煤阶相同,南北半球的煤形成前驱物的趋势也不完全一致,煤热解温度越高,生成的氰化氢和氨越多,氰化氢和氨的生成量还决定于挥发分与煤焦在一定停留时间内的反应。Tow coal samples from China and two coal samples from Australia were made for the coal type, gas velocity, temperature and other factors of the coals influenced to the formation law of the NOx pioneer materials ( HCN and NH3 ) from the coal pyrolysis. The resuits showed the contents of the volatile matter and the pyrolysis temperature are the main factors influenced to the formation of HCN and NH3. I the coal ranks are the same, the tendency of the pioneer material formatted in coal from the north earth and south earth are not fully the same. The higher of the coal pyrolysis temperature, the higher HCN and NH3 will be formatted. The formation quantity of the HCN and NH3 are depended on the reaction in certain period with the volatile matter and coke.
