摘 要:受水平井客观条件的影响,水平段的套管扶正问题,水平井的水泥浆体系设计问题,都是水平井固井的最大难点,也是影响水平井固井最关键的因素。国内水平井固井技术在“八五”研究成果的基础上,理论研究和施工技术方面又有一些拓展和完善,形成了一套较为成熟的水平井固井综合配套技术。对国内外水平井固井工艺技术进行了全面、细致的调研,介绍了国外水平井和大斜度井固井工艺、水平井和大斜度井水泥浆参数设计、井眼清洁、套管扶正、固井新技术、新工具等,以及现场应用和效果,可供现场工程技术人员借鉴,以提高国内水平井固井工艺技术和整体效益。Influenced by the objective condition, the problems such as the casing centralizing, design of cement slurry system are the maximum difficulties and also the key factors. Based on the research results 'Eight Five' , the theory research and operation technique of cementing technology in domestic horizontal wells have been developed and improved, and it formed rip complete sets of comprehensive corollary cementing technology in horizontal wells. Through the completely and carefully surveying with the domestic and foreign cementing technology in horizontal wells, this paper introduces the cementing technique in horizontal and big - angle wells, the designing of cement slurry parameter, wellbore cleaning, casing centralizing, the new cementing technologies and equipments and its application on site. In order to improve the cementing technology and integrated benefit, these experiences can afford the engineering techniques on site for reference.
