摘 要:在钻井过程中为了达到保护储层的目的,通常根据储层的平均孔喉半径,在上部钻井液中加入合适粒经的暂堵剂,再配合胶体填充粒子等,将上部钻井液改造为完井液;但往往在实际井中,储层孔喉半径分布范围较宽,导致经改造后的钻井完井液仅对某井段具有较好的屏蔽暂堵效果,而对另外的井段则不能起到较好的保护储层作用。研究针对储层孔径分布范围较大的特点,根据室内岩样污染评价结果,提出了采用广谱暂堵剂GPJ-08进行广谱暂堵,通过室内评价表明,该钻井完井液体系对储层具有很好的保护效果。According to the average radius of pore throat in reservoir, we usually add the temporary blocking agent with appropriate particle size in top drilling fluid, and it cooperate with filling in colloid particle, can change the drilling fluid into completion fluid. So we can protect the reservoir in drilling process. But in fact, wide distribution of average radius of pore throat which ane in reservoir make the changed drilling and completion fluid have good shield temporary blocking effect on only a few well sections, and others can not have the function to protect the reservoir. The study aimed at the point of wide distribution of radius of pore, according to the lab pollution evaluate result of rock sample , developed the GPJ - 08 broad - spectrum temporary blocking agent, and the in-house evaluation show that the drilling and completion fluid system have good protection effect on reservoir.
